"Monkeys? Giraffes?"

Aunt Kami reading a story.

Hanging out with The Grinch (I love this picture.)

Sporting a new shirt from Panama.

Samuel (Scott) & Sarah & family gave us a year's pass to the Hogle Zoo for Christmas. We've gone twice this month. This last time, Kams and Kenz were our guests. It was SO FUN! We're looking forward to doing this as often as we can.

Jon's pointing at the Elephants. William wants to get out of the stroller and climb all over the Elephant Encounter area.

A baby elephant!

William signing "bird."

It was so cool of Kami and Kenzie to come to the zoo with us on President's Day, even though it was raining.
Cute Kenzie (look at those lovely locks)!

The snow leopards were my favorite this last time. Some animals were moving around more in the rain than they were in the sun.

This bat-eared fox was a good sport about being photographed with Jonathan.

Aunt Kami treated the kids to a ride on the carousel. Jon LOVED it. William exhibited great fear (it's interesting what will set him off) and he would not go anywhere near it.

I didn't have too much luck getting a good picture of the giraffes with my little point-and-shoot. (Do you see the baby giraffe?) But I did get a couple of my beautiful seester.
The boys love their Aunt Kami.

Jonathan was a big fan of the giraffes. He often asks me here at home, "Monkeys? Giraffes?" Yep. We'll be regulars at the zoo this year.

That is a great gift! I have a friend with a couple of young boys and I join them at the zoo from time to time. I love looking around at all the animals.

I loved all of the cute pictures in this post. :)
